The music program at Case Western Reserve University is for those persons who want to develop their musical skills and knowledge in the context of an excellent, broader education. Included in this group are those persons who plan graduate study or careers in music immediately upon graduation as well as those persons who wish to continue their music studies while simultaneously pursuing a degree in another area.

What makes our program unique is the combination of quality humanistic instruction, close personal advising, and diverse opportunities for study and performance with a nationally-recognized faculty. The program includes private music study with faculty from the Cleveland Institute of Music, and Case offers many performing ensembles to meet individual needs of students.
