Open to fifty string players each year, the MAVI Festival offers a unique curriculum for violists (age 14+) and violinists and cellists (age 18+). The five-day schedule is packed with an interesting variety of classes. Optional classes provide flexibility for an individualized experience. The low participant-faculty ratio further ensures a personalized course of study with MAVI’s internationally trained faculty. Free time allows for practice, chamber music reading and recreational activities. Tuition includes admission to the faculty’s Aronoff Chamber Music Series concerts every night.
