Personal Statement
Clarinetist Maryanne Lacaille has been a driving force in the Pacific Northwest as a sought after chamber and orchestral musician. Maryanne has been giving private clarinet lessons throughout the Seattle region and works as a private teacher in several middle and high schools. Maryanne also maintains a busy studio of around 28 clarinet students ranging in age from 9-59 years. She is also a Rico Reed Artist and Buffet Clarinet Clinician for over 18 years.

I have successfully placed many of my top clarinet students in major universities and conservatories throughout the USA. My teaching style focuses on how to obtain a beautiful so, how to interpret the standard orchestral, opera, chamber and solo repertoire.

Currently three of my top students are first chair in local youth symphony orchestras in the Seattle area.

I am considering taking lessons. Please contact me with further information. Thank you.
