Personal Statement
With a relaxed learning environment in mind I teach all the basic fundamentals essential to learning music as well as the instrument. My musical background includes, a college education in music, principal clarinetist in an internationally recognized military band, lead tenor saxophone in a professional working big band, professional playing experience in a variety of ensembles playing saxophone, clarinet, flute, piano, guitar, and vocals, and 12 years of professional teaching experience. Students can progress as much as they desire as long as they are willing to put in the time. It is up to the student as to how much he or she develops as a musician. My teaching methods are time tested and get results each and every time as long as my students are willing and able to practice. My students have won auditions, been accepted to various music, arts, and magnet schools.

I am considering taking lessons. Please contact me with further information. Thank you.
