Personal Statement
Nathan Pezzotti is a composer and pianist residing in New York City. He holds a bachelors degree in music composition from The Juilliard School where he studied with Steven Stucky, Samuel Adler, and Philip Lasser. He is also an accomplished pianist with 10+ years of performing experience under the tutelage of Marcantonio Barone. Nathan's pedagogy is focused on instilling a strong foundation in music while helping students develop their own musical voice and creative interests. He teaches piano as well as composition (harmony, counterpoint, analysis) from beginner to advanced levels.
