Personal Statement
I teach all ages and all levels, beginner to advanced on violin and piano, and beginner to intermediate on viola. I teach traditional classical technique, but in an upbeat and fun environment, and my students usually stay with me for many years. I am very happy to work with students on their school, youth orchestra or church music. I am very patient and positive and enjoy teaching students how to "teach themselves", how to problem solve to make them more independent musicians. One of my strengths is my ability to explain music theory in a very accessible manner.

I am considering taking lessons. Please contact me with further information. Thank you.
