Personal Statement
Today's students are looking for someone with a breadth of experience. I both read and improvise. Perform as well as teach. Popular music as well as classical. I teach a deep love of music as well as technique. Have played in symphony orchestras, rock concerts, gospel shows, musical theater, recording sessions, and many other venues. Have directed youth orchestras, guitar ensembles, church choirs, and many student groups. Have written hundreds of arrangements, transcriptions, student etudes, and several compositions. I like for my students to come away with a broad range of skills, of musical knowledge, and plenty of material in different styles to share with others.

I am considering taking lessons. Please contact me with further information. Thank you.
