Personal Statement
 
I have a Performance Degree from Northern Illinois University. Master's Degree in Instrumental Music from VanderCook College of Music. I am certified teacher with the Illinois State Board of Education. I am a Church Organist and Choir Accompanist for 35 years. I have taught High School, Middle School and Grade School Concert Bands, Symphonic Bands, Marching Bands and Jazz Bands, and instrumental music lessons on all instruments. I am a substitute French Horn player for community bands. I have over 25 years experience in tuning pianos, so students hear the correct pitches at all times. I do music theory during lesson times.

Lessons are $50.00 / hr or $25.00 / 30 min. Lessons can be scheduled to meet the students school schedule.
