The Cornish Summer Music program faculty includes a stellar collection of artists/teachers including internationally renowned flutist Robert Dick, a strings faculty comprised of the acclaimed Baroque violinist Ingrid Matthews, and Michael Jinsoo Lim and Melia Watras of the Corigliano Quartet, the Pacific Rims Percussion Quartet, Persian ney flute master Ostad Hossein Omoumi, African drummer Kofi Anang, and an outstanding brass faculty of trumpters Justin Emerich and Jay Thomas, French hornist Tom Varner, and trombonists David Ritt and Chris Stover. The jazz faculty is equally as impressive and includes pianist and composer Jovino Santos Neto, trombonists Julian Priester and Chris Stover, bassist Joe Santiago, vibraphonist Ben Thomas, multi-instrumentalists Jay Thomas and Denney Goodhew, and pianists Randy Halberstadt and Dawn Clement.
