River Tree Center for the Arts is a non-profit community arts organization devoted to encouraging a wider and deeper understanding of the Arts by providing innovative and accessible opportunities for appreciation, education and participation in the Arts for all ages. In keeping with this mission, we have served the communities of southern Maine for over twenty years, bringing art classes and lessons for children and adults in the Irvine School of Art; vacation art camps for children; music classes (both instrumental and vocal) for children and adults in the Chappell School of Music; concerts; visual art exhibitions in the Irvine Gallery of Art; dance and theater performances; lectures; and public programs focusing on poetry and writing.
