The Community Music School (CMS) is a division of the University of Alabama School of Music. The CMS is housed in the Frank Moody Music Building, a comprehensive performing and teaching facility which includes a 1000-seat concert hall, a smaller recital/lecture hall and complete rehearsal facilities for all activities. The CMS offers private and group lessons on all orchestral instruments to over 600 students of all ages. The 60 part-time faculty members also provide instruction in piano, voice, guitar, composition, music theory and appreciation, preschool music classes, an outreach program for area schools, and a chamber music program. Performing ensembles include the Tuscaloosa Youth Orchestra, Junior Strings, Suzuki Strings, Jazz Combo, and the CMS Flute Choirs.

I am considering attending your workshop. Please contact me with further information. Thank you.
