Excellence Beyond Measure Do you want a life-changing musical experience that will help you achieve your highest artistic potential? At the TMYO, you'll be playing alongside exceptionally talented young musicians from across the Tampa Bay area under the direction of nationally renowned faculty members. You'll be rehearsing in state-of-the-art facilities, playing in a variety of settings, and traveling to many of the region's top musical venues. You'll be collaborating with fellow musicians in extraordinary performances while sharpening your own artistic skills. As a TMYO member, you can expect: Weekly Orchestra rehearsals during the school year Fall and Spring Orchestra concerts at the USF School of Music Small ensemble rehearsals and performances Concerto competitions and performances Field trips to major musical events and venues Performance tours Hard work and lots of fun!
